When paying via bank transfer, please ensure any bank fees that may be applicable are charged to your account. If they are deducted from your registration payment, NZTE Ltd will consider that you have not paid in full.
Early Bird prices are available until 30th June 2019.
To lock-in Early Bird pricing, full payment must be paid within 7 days of registration.
Discounted Rates are available until 31st December 2019.
To lock-in a discounted rate, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days of registration.
The remainder is to be paid by 14th February 2020.
Full Price booths require a 50% deposit to be paid within 7 days of registration.
The remainder is to be paid by 14th February 2020. If the Exhibitor has not paid in full by 14 February 2020, NZTE Ltd can not guarantee a booth will be allocated.
NZTE Ltd reserves the right of refusal to any registration.
New Zealand Tattoo Events Limited (NZTE Ltd) is The Organiser. The Exhibitor means the hirer of the
booth from which they are allocated to exhibit goods or services from.
Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions of participants are allowed seven (7) working days
before the event.
In the case of a cancellation within 30 days of the event, the Exhibitor agrees to a non-refundable administration fee of 50% of the total booth cost to be payable to NZTE Ltd. In the case of a cancellation within 7 days of the event, the Exhibitor agrees to a non-refundable cancellation fee of 100% of the total booth cost, payable to NZTE Ltd.
If, due to unforeseen events – e.g. natural disaster; the event is unable to be held, NZTE Ltd will refund 50% of the registration fee paid by the Exhibitor.
All Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance during the period of the convention.
All Exhibitors are liable and responsible for their booth and it’s operation.
NZTE Ltd provides security outside of the Extravaganza hours, however Exhibitors are responsible for
their own security during Extravaganza hours.
All Exhibitors must comply with regulations and laws such as Health and Safety regulations, including
any set out by the Venue (BayVenues).
All Exhibitors must conduct themselves in a professional manner, at all times the ExtravagaNZa is open
to the public.
All Exhibitors selling goods to the public must comply to New Zealand consumer laws, this is the
responsibility of the Exhibitor. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Exhibitor indemnifies
NZTE Ltd of this liability.
NZTE Ltd reserves the right to alter and/or add to the floor plan.
NZTE Ltd reserves the right to terminate an Exhibitors attendance, without prior notice, if the Exhibitor,
or any of it’s employees and/or representatives, fails to comply to the terms and conditions set out herein.
If an exhibitor does not pay the agreed fee within the agreed timeframe, NZTE Ltd will take all reasonable steps to recover the debt, which can include referral to a collection agency.
NZTE Ltd reserves the right to alter and/or add to these conditions where required.
